[ Luxembourg ] Shooting the Modball SuperCars

The 2022 dream car caravan will soon be on its way across Europe again starting in London and traveling to the Monaco F1 Grand Prix with stops in seven cities within seven days and one of the stops will be the Rives de Clausen in the heart of Luxembourg with about 100 displayed cars that I will have the pleasure to shoot days before leaving to the WSOP in Las Vegas until August.

The Modball Rally is an international driving tour with a different route each year. Founded in 2007 it sees an entry of around 100-180 cars per event which are mostly modified supercars. The Rally is not a race nor a rally in the traditional sense. There is no prize for being fastest nor official timekeeping of any sort. Organizers emphasise that it is a road trip adventure and not a race. Its main purpose is to share the love of beautiful pieces of mechanical engineering and car design.

The first ever Modball Rally took place in June 2007 with over 150 cars at the O2 Arena starting grid. The route began in London and ventured through Amsterdam, Cologne, Prague, Vienna with a casino party, Milan with a live performance from the Fuel Girls before finishing with an awards party in Lyon.
