Let’s Poker: the app that does everything

Live Poker rooms come in more or less organised ways and fashions. Some are very well run. Some are a complete mess. Mostly because of the human factor. One might like or dislike online Poker for the lack of social interactions but one of the biggest advantages of digital Poker games, is the smooth way promoters are able to run events with important numbers of players.

Let's Poker is an attempt to offer a powerful tool to empower Poker managers and bring more order and positive player experience in the live Poker scene. The developer is a Romanian Poker player called Andrei Alecu. Armed with his background in software engineering he set himself the goal to improve live Poker back in his home country and that is where I came in touch with the app while attending the Vamos Poker Tour stop in Bucharest.

The software handles the presentation of structures, the elimination of players, rebuys, add-ons, chip counts, redraws, results, the display of available games in the area, the booking of a massage, social interaction aspects and even food or bar orders in the case of the Poker Room Bucharest through the associated app.

Major actors as PokerStars, UniBet and 888poker have since added the service to their live events in Romania and the app is beginning to be widely used in Israel too. Today, the app is a must in the Romanian Poker scene.

What exactly is Let's Poker?

The best way to get an idea of what this project has to offer is to watch the short presentation video on their YouTube channel.

The app is designed as a cloud based service equally serving the interests of organisers and players.

Since 2022, players can actively get I touch with Poker rooms and promoters for inquiries.

This ambitious projects will probably struggle rivaling established apps like PokerAtlas or BravoPoker in the US but the Poker world is a big place and there is for sure room for growth in plenty of regulated target markets for the project.
