With the new COVID-19 situation, the Spanish government has decided to extend the entry ban on non-essential trips imposed on the majority of third countries residents until late January.
Just before the end of 2021, the Ministry of Health of Spain, the entry ban for reaching Spain for non-essential traveling will remain effective until the end of January 2022.
The question is: Is a Poker trip essential ? The answer is: Nobody cares !
What this travel ban actually means, is that travelers from the majority of third countries who are unable to present a full and valid vaccination certificate will be denied entry when reaching Spain but nobody asks for anything else.
The only document you will have to present is the passenger health form that will have to be filled out.
People who can present a vaccination certificate that proves that they are fully vaccinated against the mega nasty almost deadly virus, can enter Spain for travel purposes without being required to provide, prove or justify how essential their trip is.
The travel ban applies to all travelers from the UK and to all those arriving from non-EU countries with several third countries not affected by the temporary restrictions since they have been reporting low infection rates. Spain’s list of safe third countries recently included Argentina, Australia, Bahrein, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Indonesia, Kuwait, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, China (including Hong Kong, and Macao).
For detailed and up to date info, it is probably still best to check out the Reopen EU website individually.
CNP and Casino Gran Madrid have safety protocols in place but games should be running on full ring tables. All info on the flyers below and even more details in the POKER TRIPS section.
