The BIG BLIND Loyalty Program: travel, play, collect points, freeroll trips

The BIG BLIND is a simple reward program for traveling players following my blog and who wanna get rid of some of the hassle of planning a trip in order to focus on other aspects of their journey.

With a launch in Summer 2023, the program will bring an added value to the participating players.

The goal is to build a pool of recurrently traveling players and to centralise hotel offers in the POKER TRIPS section with special deals coupled to a loyalty program. Basically, the more players participate, the more we will weigh when working on special offers we'll get as a community.

No membership, no subscription. Every player booking a trip via THE-ROUNDERdotnet will be added to the ranking with his score. I don't care about your data :-) Nicknames are ok for the public rankings if requested as long as I have a way to keep in touch with everyone. Real names will have to be provided for money, webshop and voucher transactions, obviously. Everybody is welcome. I will obviously not participate :-D

Accumulate +1BB / night

For every accommodation night booked, a player will earn 1 Big Blind [ BB ].

Accumulate extra BBs

Additionally, for some events, along other special offers, for tournament pre-registration to events of the POKER TRIPS section, a player will earn additional BBs depending on available offers. Tournament seat(s) will be paid for in advance and reserved for the player's arrival.

Spend your BBs for more Value

What's more, the accumulated BBs are not only used for the ranking. A player can decide to spend his BBs at any time on merch or on occasional special travel deals for even more travel value.

Rewards for 2023

​At the end of the year, the top nine players with the most BBs in the ranking will earn travel vouchers as well as a signed copy of Anish Patel's Final Nine Comic about Poker.

The vouchers can be spent for any destination of the POKER TRIPS section throughout the year 2024 unless specified otherwise. The ranking ends on 31st December 2023 at midnight CET. Only events starting in 2023 are taken into consideration.
