After the major success of THE MONSTER that generated a field just shy of 1.000 entries, Poker Belgique is back with their new big event to kick off the winter season, THE KILLER, an 8max knockout re-entry tournament of €50.
The prize pool is valued €25k.
The starting stack will hold 40k chips ready for everybody and the blind levels will last for a comfy 40 minutes.
For every elimination, players will be rewarded with a €5 bounty they will be able to cash in at the cashier.
For every entry, €5 will be put appart in a special pot, the killer pot so to speak. At the end of the tournament, the player who will have eliminated the most opponents, will get this killer pot as a special reward for his hunter instincts.
For updates and more details, you can visit the tournament Facebook page.
Sounds like great fun!
A coverage will be provided by Jon Koszulap and myself on the Poker Belgique coverage page.
See you there!

Winter and X-mas are closing in again and it's time for some Prague action with the EPT/EUREKA festivals, final international Poker rendez-vous of the year featuring gingerbread, hot wine and 50bb re-steal shoves.
I am humble enough to realize that I have nothing to do in EPT fields (except reporting and taking pictures maybe) but why not ask Santa Clause for a Eureka final table for this end of the year? The festival is running from December 7th to 17th and, as I will be attending the Prague Poker Open anyway, I am thinking of playing the Eureka Prague Cup Day 1B instead of the €170 turbo at PPO as initially planned... choices...
The structure of the Eureka Prague Cup Side Event can be viewed HERE.
You will find all info you need on travelling, accommodation in Prague and a tourney schedule on the festival page HERE.
Looking forward to meeting many buddies from all over Europe in Prague soon... Will you be there too?

Prague has never been a bad choice if you like to spend a few days in a hyper active yet pleasant Old Europe city. Many fashionable restaurants and bars, loads of cultural spots and a glowing hot nightlife scene are what the Czech capital stands for in most minds. Add one the most epic European Poker festivals to this mixture and you're committed.
The PRAGUE POKER FESTIVAL [1st>18th of December] will blow you mind with a series of Poker festivals in a row:
- the Party Poker WORLD POKER TOUR NATIONAL PRAGUE
- the TonyBet OPENFACE CHINESE POKER World Championship
- the RedBet Open
- the Grand Live Season 5
- the ASIA POKER TOUR
The whole FESTIVAL SCHEDULE is available HERE.
I will be there from 8th of December to 15th for a bit of business talk and I will be playing some of the RedBet Open events.
Special rates are offered to travelling Poker players at one of the finest hotels in town. You can get rooms at the Corinthia Hotel***** starting at €99 per night following THIS LINK.

LUXPOKER announced its traditional 9 yearly challenges for their National Championship 2014.
For 140€, you will be able to spend a fun (depends on some board cards) poker saturday almost every month of the year.
Luxembourgish, French, German, Belgian... everybody is welcome! Humans, sharks, fishes... even dogs are admitted...
Have fun on the tables this year!
The location is the club house UM WIDDEM in Kayl (Southern Luxembourg). Drinks and snacks are available on site, there's small green areas around the venue to walk off your tilt and there's a decent pizzeria just accross the street.
Que demande le people... ?
