During these days in April 2019, I had the immense pleasure to get invited by Frank Koopmann's to his Big Wrap festival, probably the coolest PLO event there has been so far. I played a ton but I also shot a lot of photos. One of the event's ambassadors was Fernando 'JNandez' Habegger, the PLO MASTERMIND guru. We were meeting with his crew almost every day for breakfast and I spent a lot of time with his photographer, Lionel Ceccavara, who happens to be an awesome landscape photographer. Shoutouts to Tom Smeets who runs a really cool Poker website called Poker Ecosystem and to Luuk Botter who runs a brilliant PLO Youtube channel of his own as a personal side show. I am especially happy that the JNandez crew decided to purchase a set of photos of mine and that those are still displayed on the PLO MASTERMIND website today. I'd rather share the breakfast table with this guy ^^ Two weeks in Rozvadov from late April until yesterday for 2 weeks of King's madness during the EPS Rozvadov. More than 700 photos came together during my stay and all of them are available HERE. The Poker action never stops at King's Resort and the next big event is already ready to go. A few days of rest in Spa shooting architecture photos and enjoying the first signs of summer and I am almost ready for the 2-week hop to Czech Republic. I will spend the coming 2 weeks in Rozvadov for the E.P.S. shooting Poker photography and documenting the festival through a series of daily intervention on european-pokerseries.com.

Here i am back in Belgium since Monday after a week of PLO madness at King's Resort for the Big Wrap that ended up being a great success. I spent the whole last week in Rozvadov playing the 4-card game and shooting the big boys in the €2.350 Main Event. More than 200 photos are online in my Rozvadov Big Wrap archive.
Next stop is the Casino de Spa again where I will attend the Belgian Poker Awards ceremony this weekend before a few quiet days followed by the big Rozvadov E.P.S.!! One of the last European Poker Series hotel promotion has been launched yesterday and you have still time to join the ride for the 800.000+ Eur GTD festival. 
I flew from Brussels to Prague yesterday morning for a full week of Pot Limit Omaha action at King's Resort and we are already looking back to a very decent Monday night with close to 100 entries in Day 1A of the Warm Up with a huge chipleader!

I still did not get the chance to fly home to Portugal over this early February. After the P.R.O.S. Benelux Championship, I decided to skip Dublin for personal and business reasons but only to stick to the Luxembourg and Spa area where I have been staying since my return from my 2-week Rozvadov stay for the Dutch Classic's and the Spanish Poker Festival.
This weekend, I will be back at the Poker Room Of Spa for the APAT Benelux Championship before finally finding my way back to the Portuguese Atlantic coast for late February and early March :) 
En décembre dernier, Tony G fêtait son anniversaire au King's Casino de Rozvadov par un grand tournoi de Pot Limit Omaha organisé par Frank Koopmann connu depuis longtemps sur les lieux. Amateur de belles parties de cartes et surtout de PLO, Frank remet ça ce début avril 2018 avec une double attaque à 4 cartes dans le Big Wrap avec son Warm Up à €200.000 et son Main Event à €1.000.000 garantis!!  Du 1 au 8 avril 2019, c'est un rendez-vous incontournable qui se profile à l'horizon pour tous les amoureux de Pot Limit Omaha au King's Resort Rozvadov. En effet, Frank Koopmann récidive après son tournoi de décembre à l'occasion du tournoi d'anniversaire de Tony G pour un buy-in de €1.100 et une garantie de €200.000 et remporté par Brian Cornell pour presque €42.000.
