For more than a decade now, the Circuido Nacional de Poker has been a major actor of the Spanish live poker scene and they are entering their 12th season this year.
The 2024 circuit comes with five stops in some of the best poker rooms in Spain and offers opportunities to visit some of the most amazingly beautiful cities in the South of Europe.

After an extended stay in Luxembourg for business meetings, dentist appointments, and online poker sessions instead of some poker boa vida in Portugal, I made my way to Amsterdam over Namur and Brussels in order to catch a flight back to Vegas.
Poker Summer begins early and will last for long this year since I'm planning to stay in the U.S. until late July.

The news had been in the air for weeks. First as a rumor since autumn of 2023 until I was actually sitting in a Casino Estoril office last February to officially discuss options to promote the comeback of poker festivals to Estoril.

I'm in Belgium since late March for the latest Namur poker festival and we have reached the money ranks in the Main Events. My days are filled with work on ongoing projects during the day, funky PLO cash games at night, and some poker photography in between.

There have been a few attempts to bring back Estoril on the live poker tournament map over the last months and it seems like things are picking up a bit of momentum. MTTs seem to come back on the poker menu from April...
The Slovak capital used to be one of my main hubs for poker during few years. This is also where we were planning and debriefing some of our solidarity missions to Ukraine when the war started. Today, I don't spend a lot of time in Slovakia but the poker action goes on at Banco Casino in the heart of the city with its new poker area that opened in late summer of 2023. 
Since the WSOP 2024 schedule was released, Vegas plans are being made all across the global poker community.

It is becoming a tradition. Since 2016, I have been traveling to Las Vegas for a month at least once a year almost every year. Over the last years, the pace has significantly increased though and I am now spending something like 4 to 5 months a year in Nevada. One could say that I like it there... :-)
