More rescue vehicles for Ukraine
Rescue vehicles are still being destroyed or damaged at a high rate in Ukraine. 42 ambulances and rescue trucks have been delivered to Ukraine through the multi-million 'Ukraine is Calling' program put in place at thee beginning of the war. In partnership with Forpost Fund. LUkraine has recently successfully delivered an additional 10 ambulances аs part of the project Ukraine is Calling. This accomplishment was made possible by the crucial support of the Latvian government. They provided vehicles that, after modification and supplementing, can now be utilized by Ukrainian doctors. These ambulances will enable combat medics to rescue our defenders and civilians from the most dangerous places in Ukraine.
Medical Check-Ups for People in Frontline zones
LUkraine Humanitarian Mission keeps helping Ukrainians who live along the frontline. One of the crucial components of the is medical check-ups. Within only 10 kilometers of the front line and amidst the echoes of regular shelling, reside elderly locals who, against all odds, choose to remain. These villages lack hospitals and pharmacies, making medical care challenging. Like many older individuals, residents often face health issues such as heart problems, diabetes, and seasonal illnesses. With your support, LUkraine’s team, including a therapist and psychologist, procured medical equipment and medications, providing them free of charge to those in need.
The war is far from over. So is our fight. You can join as a volunteer, donations are always welcome, and it helps also already a lot if you spread the word.
