My first visit at the Dusk Till Dawn Club has been a good experience during THE FESTIVAL. One of the only unpleasant things about the Poker room is its location in Nottingham. The city as such is a very nice place but no big international airport connects it to Europe. The Birmingham or East Midlands airport are not too far away but don't offer many international travel options.
I flew in from Bucharest over Manchester after my Vamos Poker Tour photo coverage in Romania and I took a train for a two-hour ride to Nottingham from there. After the event, I had a flight out from London Stansted, which is a 3.5-hour ride away.
As a consequence, I had a lot of time to take photos on my way to Luxembourg riding trains through the Midlands and Greater Anglia and flying over the Channel and Belgium.
I'm just staying for a coffee with mum, a dinner with my brother and a few meetings over 2 days. The main goal of the stop is to grab my snowboard because it's time for some Poker in the Austrian Alps for the rest of the month.
